Dietary Supplement Return Policy
UltraMorph Labs sells dietary supplements, sports nutrition products, hydration products, and wellness-related products. Because these products are consumable, ingestible items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
For safety and quality-control reasons, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be considered for return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Purchased directly from UltraMorph Labs through our Shopify store
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

- Used or partially consumed products
- Products with damaged or missing safety seals
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or other websites

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a fulfillment issue.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns. UltraMorph Labs is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
